Health Assistant (M/F) – 90% to 100% – Towards a permanent position

For one of our key partners in home care in the Pays-d'Enhaut, we are looking for a caring and autonomous person to join the team on the ground.

Your tasks

• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities (help with getting up, going to bed, dressing, meal assistance) to promote their well-being and enable them to remain at home

• Provide hygiene, comfort and basic care according to your field of expertise

• Carefully observe the general condition of beneficiaries and detect any physical or psychological changes

• Ensure clear and regular communication with the referring caregivers (nurses, ASSC)

• Record your daily interventions on dedicated mobile tools
  
  

Your profile & requirements

• Certificate or diploma as a Health Assistant (Swiss Red Cross, Espace Compétences or equivalent qualification)

• Swiss Red Cross (SRC) recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas

• French level B2 minimum (spoken and written)

• Driving licence and personal vehicle essential to carry out rounds

• Comfortable with mobile tools (experience with Medlink software is a real plus)

• Previous experience in home care is an additional asset

• Good interpersonal skills, discretion, punctuality and autonomy
