Exciting tasks await:

• Implementing and further developing CIS-compliant security hardening and baselines on Windows and Linux servers
• Defining operating models, runbooks, monitoring as well as change / release processes and ensuring operational excellence
• Analysing security alerts and incidents, initiating immediate measures and coordinating sustainable remediation
• Technical implementation of security and compliance requirements (including documentation) and supporting compliance with legal requirements and directives (creating ISDS concepts)
• Maintaining close collaboration with the System Engineering team, the Information Security office and other stakeholders

What you bring:

• Apprenticeship EFZ in computer science (or an equivalent qualification) as well as certifications in Linux (LPIC-2), Microsoft (AZ-800/802) and Security (Security+ / GSEC) or the motivation to acquire these qualifications on the job
• Experience in system engineering with (Windows / Linux), especially practical knowledge in using Powershell, managing Group Policies in the Windows area and knowledge of tools such as OpenScap, Ansible in the Linux area
• Knowledge of the Center of Internet Security Workbench software (CIS)
• Very good understanding of security and compliance fundamentals (e.g. data protection, access concepts, classification)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as willingness to take responsibility and continuously develop professionally
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders as well as confident conduct in the political environment of a public administration
