For our client, a company in the field of building services engineering, we are looking for a dedicated building services technician specialising in ventilation/air conditioning.
With your expert services, our client helps to preserve the value of properties and ensure smooth production processes. The company is responsible for the infrastructural and technical maintenance of systems and buildings. In addition to preventive maintenance measures, they also handle repairs and ensure cleanliness in the buildings as well as the outdoor facilities.
To strengthen the team, a competent specialist is sought who carries out both preventive maintenance work and takes responsibility for repairs.
- Several years of experience in the maintenance and operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems is a great advantage
- Knowledge of relevant standards and norms
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as the ability to keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- Competence in professional training and guidance of team members
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- A regulated 40-hour working week

Tasks
Independent maintenance and troubleshooting of ventilation and air conditioning systems in Zurich, including a two-shift operation from Monday to Friday, are among the tasks, as well as regularly taking on on-call duty (approximately every five weeks). The role also includes receiving and resolving faults in technical systems and structural defects within the area of responsibility. The care, maintenance, and optimisation of energy supply systems at the Zurich site also fall within the scope of duties. Furthermore, internal training sessions for colleagues in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) are conducted.Profile
- Completed vocational training as a ventilation system builder EFZ, building services planner, or a comparable qualification in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)- Several years of experience in the maintenance and operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems is a great advantage
