- Support with migrations and introduction of modern workplace solutions
- Consulting and support of customer projects within their digitalisation strategy
- Monitoring and optimisation of existing systems to ensure stability and performance
- Analysis and resolution of technical faults in complex IT environments
- Close collaboration with internal departments to develop customer-specific solutions
- Active participation in the further development of services and contribution of own ideas
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, network administration, and security
- Certifications such as AZ-104 or MS-102 (or willingness to acquire these in a short time)
- Analytical, structured thinking and enjoyment of solution-oriented work
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Fluent German skills (C2), good English skills (at least B1); French skills a great plus
- Driving licence category B
- Active participation in shaping IT solutions and processes
- Targeted training opportunities and certification bonuses

- Design, implementation, and operation of cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365- Support with migrations and introduction of modern workplace solutions

- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Microsoft 365)
