Role:

Due to strong growth, a (Senior) Cloud Security Engineer (m/f) with broad knowledge in the security environment, cloud, network, and general cloud infrastructure topics is sought for advising clients and further developing the cloud offering.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients in the analysis, conception, and implementation of projects in the focus areas of cloud & security
• Technical consulting of clients
• Building, operating, and optimising complex security infrastructures in the cloud
• Participating in projects both in conception and integration of new solutions in close cooperation with manufacturers, architects, software, and project managers
• Engineering activities in the respective specialist areas

Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud architecture
• Experience in security in public and hybrid clouds (security groups, VPC, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud security products (API gateways, web application firewalls, IAM, etc.)
• Broad know-how in general IT security and federation topics
• Knowledge in cloud network security (firewalling, routing, switching, VPN)
• Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking skills
• High commitment and flexibility as well as willingness to learn new things
• Structured and goal-oriented approach
• Communicative, team- and conflict-capable personality with good assertiveness
