Your Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for the stable operation of practice IT and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You independently handle assignments both remotely and directly on site with the customer.
- You support and assist in 2nd-level support for desktop, server, and network environments.
- You analyse security-relevant incidents and their possible impact on ICT systems.
- You process, document, and track tickets and coordinate with third-party suppliers if necessary.
- You participate in demanding customer projects and support them.
- You create and maintain ICT infrastructure documentation.
- You install, configure, and manage Microsoft server and client environments, network solutions, and VoIP systems.
- You install software, updates, and security patches.
- You take on on-call duty approximately once a month.
Our Requirements
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ in platform development or system technology, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a System Engineer or ICT System Specialist in an IT service company.
- You possess solid knowledge of Group Policies, Microsoft 365, as well as network and firewall technology.
- You have experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Azure.
- You have very good knowledge in the installation and support of Microsoft server and client environments.
- You have experience in information security and data protection as well as handling sensitive data.
- You are characterised by an analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent way of working.
- You possess a high level of IT expertise as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
- You are flexible regarding working hours, including evening and weekend shifts as well as on-call duty.
- You hold a valid category B driving licence.
