MS Collaboration Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
How will people and teams collaborate more efficiently in the future? In this role, you actively develop the digital working environment – from modern collaboration solutions to automated business processes and intelligent AI applications. You combine technical know-how with an understanding of the needs of different departments.
Responsibilities:
You continuously develop the global Microsoft 365 environment with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
You establish clear standards for information architecture, access rights, and secure operation
You transform manual processes into digital workflows and applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
You work closely with departments to implement practical solutions for production, research and development, and quality management
You establish governance and lifecycle concepts for a sustainably operable Power Platform
You experiment with new AI possibilities, develop concrete use cases, and bring them into productive use
You ensure responsible use of AI and help shape the corresponding guardrails
You accompany technological innovations from introduction to successful use by employees
You contribute your own ideas to the digital workplace strategy and act as a technical contact for departments and management
You support the engineering team in knowledge transfer, coordinate partners, and solve complex technical problems at second level
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience with Microsoft 365, specialising in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform
Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and ALM
Knowledge of governance, permission management, and automation with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph
Interest in meaningfully integrating AI technologies into existing business processes
Ideally experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Azure services
Additional knowledge in Purview, SPFx, or TypeScript is welcome
An independent, structured working style and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Very good German skills and willingness to regularly work on-site with the team
