System Engineer Microsoft / M365 (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operation, maintenance and further development of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, cloud)
Administration and support of Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Intune)
Ensuring availability, performance and security of the systems
Implementation of security policies, monitoring and compliance measures
Participation in IT projects such as migrations, rollouts and automations
Support of the data centre and 2nd/3rd-level support for complex faults
Support of Teams telephony and optimisation of existing IT systems
Creation of documentation, training and knowledge transfer
On-site support and user consulting
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering and support
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, virtualisation (Proxmox) and cloud technologies (Azure/M365)
Experience with networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
Analytical thinking, structured working method and ability to work in a team
Very good German and English skills
