Job Description
- Preparation of precise and competitive calculations for heating and ventilation projects in the tender business
- Analysis and review of tender documents as well as assessment of opportunities and risks
- Technical plausibility check of offers and calculations
- Obtaining, reviewing and comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support of project management with claims and additional offers
- Close cooperation with project managers, specialists and internal stakeholders
- Calculation of functional tenders as well as own projects in the heating and ventilation sector
- Participation in the optimisation of calculation processes and technical solutions

We expect
- Completed technical basic training in the field of building technology, preferably heating or ventilation
- Professional experience as a clerk, project manager or in a comparable function within building technology
- Strong understanding of technical contexts and economic issues
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- High personal responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality
