Mandate Manager: Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a young, digitally oriented fiduciary company in the Zug/Lucerne region, we are looking for an experienced individual as Mandate Manager. You will take responsibility for mandates, lead employees in financial and payroll accounting, and actively contribute to the further development of the company. You will work in a family-like team with short communication paths.
Responsibilities:
- You lead employees in the area of financial and payroll accounting
- In this role, you prepare interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- As Mandate Manager: Fiduciary, you are responsible for tax returns of natural and legal persons
- You support clients from the quotation process to invoicing
- In this role, you also work in the audit area
- You actively shape internal and external digital processes
Qualifications:
- You have at least a federal diploma in fiduciary or finance and several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- You are an inspiring personality for leading employees
- Ideally, you have experience with digitalisation in the fiduciary sector
- You gladly take on responsibility and want to actively help shape our entrepreneurial future
- You are a positive thinker and enjoy direct customer contact
- You are looking for an uncomplicated working atmosphere
