Role:
The company is an internationally oriented technology and service group supporting the construction and surveying industry in digitalising their processes.
Particularly exciting is the combination of surveying, construction, technology, and digitalisation. Employees work at the interface between innovative systems and concrete applications on construction sites, in engineering offices, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
You independently and reliably manage the complete payroll and personnel administration for several Swiss group companies.
You take care of withholding tax and social insurances and ensure the correct preparation of year-end declarations and salary certificates.
You support employees and managers in a solution-oriented manner with questions regarding salary, insurance, and personnel administration.
You accompany the implementation and optimisation of HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to digitalisation projects.
Additionally, you coordinate matters with external parties and assist with year-end closing tasks and audit preparations.
Qualifications:
Your several years of payroll experience in the Swiss SME environment are complemented by solid knowledge in social insurances.
A pronounced service orientation, empathy, and a reliable working style characterise you.
You are interested in HR digitalisation, are IT-savvy, and ideally have already worked with Abacus.
Very good German skills, both written and spoken, flawless are required.
