You are responsible for the monitoring and operation of telecommunications, IT, and OT systems in the NOC & SOC
Your tasks include the recording, classification, prioritisation, and tracking of incidents as well as creating tickets in incident management
You monitor and handle security incidents in the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and work on troubleshooting in IT, network, and security systems to ensure smooth operation
Additionally, you actively participate in reporting and analysis to continuously improve operations and ensure SLA monitoring and ticket dispatching
Qualifications:
You have experience in the operation of IT and/or telecommunications systems and possess solid IT and OT security knowledge
You independently perform IT and network tasks and demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation
You work independently, are solution-oriented and resilient, with a willingness for 24/7 shift work
Your ITIL 4 Foundation certification rounds off your profile and enables you to implement efficient processes in IT service management
Very good communication skills in German and English, ideally also in French or Italian
