For our "Aerospace" group site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a

Your tasks during the apprenticeship

• Manage and follow up on user requests

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, workstations and associated IT equipment

• Provide support for applications, hardware, computers, workstation equipment and peripherals

• Assist with user administration

• Support infrastructure administration activities and server monitoring

• Help with the administration, configuration and troubleshooting of the local network

• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, equipment deployment, system updates and continuous improvement activities

Your profile

• You have completed and passed your secondary school or are in your final year of compulsory schooling

• You are eager to learn and train

• You speak French and are comfortable with English

• You show an interest in IT and are passionate about technology

• You are curious, motivated, dynamic and responsible

• You are able to follow a logical and structured line of thought

• You know how to work in a team and communicate clearly with others

• You have good school grades, especially in mathematics and English
