- 80 – 100%
- Permanent position

About the job
The office is the hub of the Cantonal Court and contributes significantly to efficient, correct and timely court proceedings. Together with your co-team leader colleague, you lead the office team, create conditions for quality and appreciative collaboration, and actively drive digital transformation forward.
Your tasks
- You share responsibility with your co-team leader colleague for a committed 20-member office team at three locations - led in tandem and with shared responsibility.
- The cross-location organisation and coordination of office work is in your hands: you ensure that tasks are completed with high quality, efficiency and on time.
- You further develop the office - whether by standardising processes, advancing digitalisation or establishing new ways of working. Leading your own projects or actively shaping them is naturally part of this.
- You enjoy promoting and developing people - as well as professional exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
- You ensure a high level of quality with foresight: you ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines and establish effective quality control.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and further training in leadership and complement this with solid professional experience and ideally leadership experience in a demanding service environment - preferably in the administrative or judicial sector.
- Leading clearly, appreciatively and reliably is natural for you: you gladly take responsibility and know how to inspire employees and win them over to common goals.
- The idea of living leadership in tandem appeals to you - you see it as an opportunity for collegial exchange, mutual relief and clear decisions.
- Structured, precise and with a clear view of priorities, you master even busy phases with ease.
- You drive change forward with energy: you constructively question the status quo, bring in fresh ideas and actively shape projects and digital transformation.
- Your strong social and communication skills and your service-oriented manner complete your profile.
