Responsibilities:
- You independently manage financial and payroll accounting for our clients and ensure proper processing
- You assist in the preparation and creation of annual financial statements and contribute to compliance with legal requirements
- You prepare tax returns for individuals and companies and ensure that all tax requirements are met
- You support the mandate managers in customer care and are actively involved in communication with clients
- You work on the further development and optimisation of our digital processes and contribute to increasing efficiency
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, preferably in fiduciary services, as well as further training as a trust clerk
- You have already gained some professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- You are characterised by a strong customer and service orientation and place great value on precision and quality in your work
- You are an open-minded, resilient, and flexible personality who enjoys working in a team and contributes positively
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
