Your Tasks
- You bear the professional, personnel, and economic responsibility for the trust services location.
- You lead an existing team, promote employees, and ensure a culture of appreciative performance.
- You personally look after key clients and ensure the quality of mandate work.
- You strategically develop the location together with the management.
- You maintain your network, identify market opportunities, and win new mandates in a partnership-oriented manner.
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in trust mandate management and proven leadership experience.
- Recognised further training in trust services, finance and accounting, or a comparable qualification.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, confidence in consulting, and enjoyment in bringing people and topics together.
