This family-run company in French-speaking Switzerland designs and manufactures bespoke wooden, wood-aluminium and PVC windows for construction and renovation. It is seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative to support its professional clientele on site and participate in technical projects with the production team. Internal additional training is offered, in a stable, modern and human working environment.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You accompany a loyal professional clientele on site, providing them with detailed technical advice on the products
• You read and interpret plans as well as technical specifications to prepare precise drawings for bespoke window manufacturing
• You take measurements on site and rigorously enter the resulting offers and orders
• You collaborate closely with members of the production team to ensure smooth coordination of ongoing technical projects
• You actively contribute to strengthening the brand image and increasing its reputation in the construction market

You offer your new employer

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a joiner or builder, with solid field experience in manufacturing
• You have complemented this technical background with a focus on technical advice and client relations in French-speaking Switzerland
• You are fluent in French and proficiency in another national language or English is a valued asset
• You are comfortable with Windows tools and proficient in technical drawing using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• You are down-to-earth, humble and loyal, comfortable in an informal and participative structure without a rigid organisational chart
