UI / UX Designer - Digital Banking

• You design an intuitive user experience that is consistently aligned with the needs of our users

• From the initial idea through prototypes to supporting the technical implementation, you develop user interfaces for our digital channels and ensure high design and UX quality up to the go-live

• You independently analyse complex design challenges and apply UX methods purposefully throughout the entire design process to develop convincing and user-friendly solutions
• You shape the linguistic UX as well: developing consistent, user-friendly microcopy and UX texts along the digital touchpoints

• You support the strategic further development of LLB UX and actively drive the professionalisation of processes, methods, and standards

• You have a degree in User Experience Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or a comparable qualification

• You have several years of experience in the conception, design, and further development of digital products and confidently use Figma as well as other UX tools throughout the entire design process

• UX research, usability testing, and solution validation are a natural part of your user-centred product development

• You have a good understanding of web and app technologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is an advantage

• Ideally, you already have experience in UX writing or content design and know how to formulate complex content simply and appropriately for the target audience

• You take responsibility, proactively drive UX topics forward, and effectively bring ideas to implementation

• Analytical thinking, creativity, and a high standard of quality help you pragmatically solve even complex challenges

• As a communicative personality, you enjoy working with different stakeholders and use new methods and technologies purposefully where they create real added value

In our Multi Channel Interaction Design department, you work closely in a small, implementation-strong team with business analysts, front- and backend developers, and project managers.
