Lead System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000Role:
In this role, as Lead System Engineer Service Integration, you take responsibility for elevating the IT landscape of a modern pension platform to the next level and aligning it even more closely with business needs. You combine deep financial know-how with contemporary digital technologies and design innovative, flexible solutions for private and occupational pensions. You are responsible for the integration and further development of services, ensure smooth interfaces, and thus contribute to a powerful and future-proof system environment. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you actively drive change, take responsibility, and bring in your own ideas. You work with short decision-making paths and significantly shape the technological transformation of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Together with external partners, you ensure the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of IT services.
In this role, you take on 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate complex technical faults.
As Lead System Engineer, you analyse existing IT solutions and drive standardisation and automation of infrastructure, workplace, and security solutions.
You ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements for new systems and applications.
In this role, you evaluate new technologies, accompany hardware and software from the project to the operational phase, and actively participate in projects.
As Lead System Engineer, you create clear documentation and training materials and enable employees to use hardware, software, and communication platforms optimally.
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT vocational training with advanced education (HF, FH, university or ETH) and at least five years of experience in a service-oriented IT environment.
- You are highly proficient in Windows client management and work confidently with Microsoft 365, Intune, as well as Entra ID or Azure AD.
- You bring practical knowledge in network infrastructure, IT security, and system architecture.
- You routinely use automation scripts, ideally with PowerShell.
- You have experience in successfully implementing IT projects and collaborating with external providers.
- You are characterised by high service orientation, strong communication skills, and very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
