ICT Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

The company combines many years of experience in the IT business with specialists trained to Microsoft standards, fast response times, and its own shop with showroom and workshop. Role:
You support customers with all IT questions related to Windows-based systems – from client and server to Entra – ensuring smooth operations. In this versatile position, you take on network support (firewall, VPN, VLAN), install, configure and maintain hardware and software, and resolve faults on-site, in the office, or via remote support. You look after and advise business and private customers on IT matters and accompany IT projects from A to Z. You work independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented, and impress with a friendly, competent, and customer-focused manner.
Responsibilities:
You support customers with IT questions related to Windows-based systems (client / server / Entra)
You provide network support (firewall, VPN, VLAN, etc.)
You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
You analyse and resolve faults on-site, in the office, or via remote support
You look after and advise business and private customers on IT matters
Additionally, you accompany IT projects from A to Z
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology, ICT specialist EFZ, or an equivalent qualification
You bring professional experience in IT support and in Windows client/server environments
You possess solid knowledge of networks and Microsoft technologies as well as server and NAS knowledge
You have experience in M365 environments
You work independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented and think entrepreneurially
You hold a category B driving licence and impress with a friendly, competent, and customer-oriented manner
