Waterproofer (M/F/D)

Our client is a key and historic player in waterproofing in French-speaking Switzerland. To cope with a busy activity on large-scale residential and industrial sites, they are looking for their future talent.

Your main tasks:

• Waterproofing and insulation work: Installation of thermal insulators and vapour barriers on flat roofs, terraces, and balconies.
• Bi-layer application: Application and flame welding (blowtorch) of bituminous membranes in bi-layer, notably directly on balconies and flat surfaces.
• Resin application: Creation of liquid waterproof coatings (resin) for aesthetic finishes or delicate access areas (upstands, corners).
• Safety compliance: Strict application of the company’s safety standards on sites (working at height, handling the blowtorch).

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Waterproofer (or an equivalent recognised qualification with solid experience in Switzerland).
• Technical skills: Perfect mastery of blowtorch work and bi-layer welding. Initial experience or good knowledge in resin application is a real asset.
• Abilities: You enjoy working outdoors, are not afraid of heights, and are recognised for your rigour and team spirit.
• Mobility: Category B driving licence desired to travel to various sites.
