At Mobi24 AG, a company of the Mobiliar Group, you are the first point of contact in exceptional situations and emergencies. Together with your team, you contribute to ensuring that assistance and services are provided quickly and reliably. 

What You Will Achieve With Us

You answer calls and directly support the general agencies. You record claims notifications from all sectors and coordinate assistance in breakdown cases within Switzerland. 

You also handle administrative tasks related to our customers and thus take on an important hub function.

You will build up know-how in the insurance world and complete training to become a VBV insurance intermediary. After successful completion, you conduct initial consultations, advise our customers, and prepare quotes as well as insurance certificates.

What You Bring With You

• Completed commercial basic training
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Team spirit and an independent, customer-oriented working style
• Flexibility for shift work (maximum until 8:30 pm, partly on weekends – with corresponding allowances)
• Fluent German skills as well as very good French and/or Italian skills
