Tasks

• You ensure a well-maintained service in the dining hall as well as in the public restaurant and carry out all related tasks and duties as instructed by your supervisors.
• You advise and care for our residents and guests.
• You create a pleasant atmosphere and a comfortable climate in the dining hall, thereby significantly contributing to the quality of life of our residents.
• You comply with quality and hygiene guidelines as well as occupational safety regulations.
• You assist with the organisation and implementation of events.

Profile

• Enjoyment in contact with residents, passion for the profession, high quality standards and service orientation
• Several years of professional experience in the service sector, preferably in the care of elderly people
• Completed training as a practitioner in domestic services and hospitality EBA or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Team spirit, diligence and flexibility as well as very good German language skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 57,490 to CHF 71,764 (100%) depending on experience.

Located in the central Hochschulen district in District 1, the Health Centre for the Elderly Bürgerasyl-Pfrundhaus offers our residents a homely environment with all amenities. The health centre, consisting of two historic buildings, is situated in a magnificent location above the old town. Here you will work together with 100 colleagues.
