• Leading and participating in consulting assignments in risk management and risk transformation, particularly regarding risk governance, internal control system (ICS), non-financial risks and operational resilience as well as third party risk management.
• Assisting with regulatory audits at our banking clients
• Driving market development activities for our solution offering; supporting the building and maintenance of our client relationships as well as the acquisition of consulting projects
• Coaching and developing junior team members and taking responsibility for shaping and further developing our team

Why You Are Successful

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in banking and finance, economics, business administration or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in banking or a consulting or auditing firm with a focus on operational risk management and regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in risk governance, operational risks & resilience and third party risk management
• Analytical mindset, willingness to learn and perform, team and service orientation, strong communication skills and independent working style
• Broad experience in using and developing (agent-based) AI solutions
• Ability to lead small teams of consultants and take responsibility for timely achievement of project milestones
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) are a must, French is a plus
