What is my role?

You are the face of our customer and the first point of contact for all customer concerns. Your main tasks include:

• Representing the company as the first contact person for customers

• Sales and advice on services and accessories

• Supporting the hearing aid acoustician in daily business

• Carrying out all administrative tasks in the specialist shop

• Implementing sales-promoting measures

• Performing service work on hearing aids

• Managing the specialist shop agenda

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Strong customer orientation and actively approach people

• Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork

• Confident handling of MS products

• Experience in sales

• Preferably training as a retail specialist or MPA
