Responsibilities:
- You support the Corporate Finance team with the monthly consolidation and the preparation of the corresponding management reporting as well as the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You analyse the figures reported by the group companies with a critical approach and comment on the financial statements
- You provide the necessary support for questions regarding accounting, financial reporting, and ensure that a high data quality is maintained at all times
- You coordinate the internal control system (ICS) process and act as the contact person for ICS-related questions
- You independently prepare the monthly and annual financial statements of two Swiss group companies
- You participate in the execution of financial audits
Qualifications:
- You have a solid education in controlling (federal diploma/certificate, bachelor’s degree)
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar position
- You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP) as well as knowledge of the consolidation software Cognos
- You have very good English skills
- You are characterised by your independence, accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
- You are willing to undertake occasional business trips
