Junior Project Manager Building Services Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of projects in the field of building services engineering
Representation of the client’s interests regarding building services engineering in refurbishment and new construction projects
Management and continuous maintenance of various building services systems
Identification, analysis and realisation of optimisation opportunities in building services installations
Control and monitoring of building services installations in close coordination with the internal operational technology team
Documentation and updating of plant and building records
Organisation and control of maintenance processes as well as inspection and calibration activities
Management of economic operations, value preservation measures and consumption analyses of building services installations

What do I need to be successful?

Passion and enthusiasm for building services topics and systems
Completed basic training in building services engineering (building automation, electrical engineering, heating technology or refrigeration technology)
Ideally further training as an engineer FH/HF, technician HF or comparable qualification
Strong understanding of complex process flows as well as analytical and interconnected thinking
Confident handling of common IT applications and digital tools
Valid driving licence category B
Strong team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various contacts
