Your tasks

• You lead, develop, and coach your team at the General Agency Basel with a clear performance, target, and result focus
• You are responsible for the achievement and exceeding of agreed sales and quality targets in health, property, and life insurance
• You yourself act actively in the market and are a role model in sales - from first contact to closing
• You establish a high-performance sales culture with clear standards, measurable KPIs, and continuous development
• You strategically manage the market together with your team and ensure excellent, cross-industry professional customer advice
• Your team is close to the customers, recognises potential, and offers solution-oriented advice at top level
• You recruit high-performing insurance and customer advisors - including cross-industry talents - and introduce them in a structured and performance-oriented manner

Your profile

• You are a results-oriented leader with strong sales drive and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• You lead by example, coaching, and clear expectations and develop people into consistent performers
• You bring several years of successful sales experience in the all-industry sector
• You move confidently in a dynamic, performance-driven sales environment and consistently go the extra mile
• You work in a structured, data- and target-oriented way and are assertive, resilient, and a team player
• You live in the Basel region, are excellently networked, and hold a valid driving licence category B
