Certified Accountant 80-100% - Permanent Contract - Neuchâtel

Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency specialising in accounting and finance professions.

For one of our clients, a company based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Certified General Accountant at 80-100%.

Within the accounting team, you will independently manage the accounting and actively participate in the company’s closings and financial monitoring.

Your main tasks:

- Maintaining and supervising general accounting.
- Performing monthly and annual closings.
- Managing closing entries, provisions and reconciliations.
- Preparing and monitoring VAT returns.
- Managing cash flow and monitoring financial transactions.
- Preparing financial reports and accounting analyses.
- Participating in budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborating with auditors and various external partners.
- Participating in the optimisation of accounting processes and tools.

Profile sought:

- Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in general accounting in Switzerland.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting and closings.
- Good knowledge of Swiss taxation and VAT.
- Fluent French; English is an asset.
- Autonomous, rigorous, analytical and solution-oriented profile.
