Participation in Microsoft Teams projects and collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
Taking over and implementing integration and migration projects in the UCC environment
Conducting analyses and troubleshooting as well as developing solutions in the area of Voice and Unified Communications (UCC)
Qualifications:
Completed IT or technical training with corresponding further education at FH/HF level as well as Microsoft certification MS-700
Solid experience in setting up, configuring, and administering Microsoft Teams
Ideally knowledge of AudioCodes SBC as well as third-party solutions such as Verba, Luware, Competella, and Kurmi
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
