BPMN Process Analyst (m/f/d)

You analyse the needs of the departments and translate them into clear, technically usable requirements.
You model business processes, identify optimisation potentials and develop practical solutions together with those involved.
You conduct workshops and coordinate collaboration between business, ICT, application teams and project management.
You prepare decision-making bases, such as variant comparisons, impacts, effort estimates and dependency analyses.
You accompany processes even after project completion, maintain documentation and contribute your expertise to projects and committees.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
You have practical experience in business analysis, requirements engineering or process management.
You are proficient in BPMN and familiar with common methods for workshops, requirements gathering and process modelling.
You can quickly understand, structure and clearly communicate complex business processes and data flows.
You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
