​In order to open our own logistical premises in French-speaking Switzerland and to strengthen our representation with public and municipal institutions, we are currently running a campaign to unite 1,000 active members in the region. As part of this, we are recruiting Field Humanitarian Ambassadors. ​Your responsibilities 📋 As a representative of the association to the general public, you ensure the development of our membership network through direct dialogue (door-to-door) in the municipalities of the region: ​Representation and awareness: Professionally meet residents to present the values, local projects and international actions of the association. ​Recruitment of regular members: Raise awareness among your contacts about the importance of sustainable monthly support to stabilise our actions and reach our goal of 1,000 members. ​Enhancement of Active Member status: Present our transparent operation and the commitments linked to our official Membership Card (weekly monitoring of actions via a dedicated WhatsApp group, voting rights on supported projects and the possibility to participate in outreach activities). ​Administrative management of memberships: Assist new members in completing their membership certificate, validating their monthly contribution via QR Code and issuing their official card. ​Team coordination: Participate in daily briefings, ensure rigorous monitoring of results and contribute to a positive group dynamic in the field. ​Your profile ​Interpersonal skills: Excellent presentation, fluency in spoken French, active listening and ability to establish immediate trust. ​Dynamism and perseverance: Enjoy working outdoors in the field, resilience and results orientation. ​Ethics and commitment: Strong interest in the associative and humanitarian sector, with the desire to convey a transparent and meaningful message. ​Experience: Previous experience in direct dialogue, promotion, sales or customer relations is an asset, but motivated beginners are also accepted. ​What we offer 🤝 ​Comprehensive training: Initial theoretical and practical training (communication techniques, professional posture, project mastery) followed by regular support in the field. ​Progressive remuneration: An attractive pay system directly rewarding your involvement and daily results. ​Career prospects: Real opportunities to quickly access supervisory roles (Trainer, Team Manager, Project Coordinator) within a growing organisation. ​Concrete impact: A meaningful professional activity whose results directly fund local emergency aid and the schooling of children internationally.
