Do you want to accompany finance not only administratively but also take responsibility for a significant part of the financial processes yourself? For a down-to-earth company from the construction and real estate sector in the Thun / Bernese Oberland region, we are looking for an experienced professional who confidently combines accounting and payroll.

Responsibilities:
Management of general ledger as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Processing of payroll including social insurances and relevant mutations
Preparation and collaboration on monthly and annual financial statements
Creation of VAT returns and execution of account reconciliations
Support during audits and finance-related evaluations
Further development and simplification of internal finance processes
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting is an advantage
Several years of experience in a broadly based accounting function
Confidence in financial accounting, payroll, and closing activities
Experience from construction, real estate, or a project-oriented SME environment is welcome
Good knowledge of Abacus or a comparable ERP/finance solution
Very good German skills as well as precise and independent working style
