How you create added value

As a Project & Service Delivery Manager, you are the hub between customers, sales and engineering. You lead infrastructure projects to success and ensure that they become long-term stable managed services.

• Planning and execution of IT projects: You bear project responsibility regarding quality, time and budget and ensure the smooth transition of new or changed IT services into operational operation.
• Service Delivery Management: You are responsible for the sustainable support of strategic customers in the managed service environment. Through service reviews and compliance with SLAs, you ensure a high level of service quality. In critical customer matters, you coordinate the relevant departments and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Presales: Together with the sales team, you coordinate the development of solutions and offers in the presales phase.
• Stakeholder Management: You clarify the requirements of internal and external stakeholders and implement them within the framework of the specifications.
• Quality assurance: You develop best practices for the continuous improvement of projects and service delivery.
• Customer communication & reporting: You communicate openly and transparently about project progress and regularly report on service performance.

What makes you the ideal candidate

You combine project management with technical understanding and communicate on an equal footing with customers and engineers. You work solution-oriented, keep an overview and take responsibility.

You bring the following:

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Transition Manager - ideally at an IT service provider.
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructures as well as experience in the data centre, cloud or managed service environment.
• Experience in leading infrastructure projects and coordinating various stakeholders.
• Confident appearance towards customers as well as very good communication skills.
• Very good German and good English skills.
