Department Coordinator: Nephrology 80-100%
from October 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Competent and communicative point of contact and information centre for the department
- Independent execution of administrative, organisational and nursing tasks
- Occasional assumption of defined activities with patients
- Responsible for ordering materials and pharmacy products, including inventory management
- Inventory management in the equipment and disposal room
- Proper disposal of various goods
- Equipment management
Your profile
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant, medical practice assistant, nursing assistant or business administrator
- Professional experience in a similar role in a healthcare institution (hospital, nursing / retirement home, pharmacy or practice)
- Team-oriented, solution-focused and communicative personality
- You take initiative, have assertiveness and are resilient
- You appreciate multiprofessional collaboration and have a strong organisational and coordination talent
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- You possess high social competence and enjoy contact with representatives of various interest groups and patients
