HVAC Technician

We are looking for an HVAC Technician. The position is based in the Neuchâtel (NE) region and is part of a technical environment directly related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular technical interventions on the HVAC installations of assigned buildings, respecting established standards and procedures.
• Perform detailed functional checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure their sustainable proper operation.
• Participate in preventive maintenance operations on HVAC equipment, following the maintenance plans defined by the company.
• Contribute to diagnosing malfunctions on HVAC installations and apply the necessary corrective measures in coordination with management.
• Accurately document interventions carried out on HVAC installations to ensure structured and traceable technical follow-up.
• Construction site, new build, renovation, private and tertiary sector.

Profile

• Strong interest in technical activities related to HVAC installations.
• Willingness to work.
• Conscientious and organised approach to completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to integrate into an existing team on site.
• Flexibility to work on different buildings located in the Neuchâtel region.
• Mandatory diploma in the sector.
• 4 years of experience after studies in an equivalent position.
• Driving licence required.
