Gathering and structuring business requirements and translating them into actionable ICT specifications.
Analysing, modelling and optimising end-to-end processes using modern methods such as BPMN.
Facilitating workshops and coordinating between departments, IT, project teams and external partners.
Creating decision-making bases such as variant analyses, impact assessments, effort estimates and process dependencies.
Maintaining the process landscape and contributing professionally to projects, working groups and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and process management.
Confident handling of BPMN as well as methods for requirements and process analysis.
Ability to quickly grasp and clearly prepare complex workflows, data flows and dependencies.
Communicative, independent and structured personality with high social competence.
