BIM Designer Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Since 1953, our ROCKEN partner has offered a wide range of planning, consulting, and management services for all project phases in the fields of infrastructure, real estate, structural civil engineering, energy & environment, mobility & transport, as well as surveying.
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a BIM designer for the digital planning of demanding civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Our client provides engineering and planning services for complex construction projects and employs modern BIM methods for efficient planning, coordination, and realisation. The company offers varied projects, modern digital working methods, interdisciplinary collaboration, and attractive opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Creation and processing of 3D BIM models for civil engineering and infrastructure projects
Development of construction, formwork, and reinforcement models according to technical specifications
Derivation of execution plans, detail plans, and plan layouts from the BIM models
Modelling and editing of building components in Revit or comparable BIM systems
Conducting model checks, clash detections, and quality controls
Coordination of BIM models with project managers, engineers, and other specialist planners
Maintenance and further development of BIM models, planning data, and project standards
Support in the implementation and optimisation of BIM processes and digital planning methods
Qualifications:
Completed training as a draughtsman EFZ civil engineering or comparable technical education
Professional experience in civil engineering design and ideally initial BIM experience
Very good knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD, other BIM software advantageous
Experience with 3D modelling, plan creation, and digital planning processes
Good German language skills spoken and written
