About the Role

Our client, a company operating in commodities trading, is seeking a profile to support the Middle Officer of the structure as part of a sustainable increase in activity. You will be trained before taking charge of part of the risk analysis related to market positions, monitoring transactions, and also participating in the improvement of internal processes. This is a versatile role where you can develop your skills and actively participate in the operational management of the structure!

Tasks

• Monitor positions and market exposure
• Ensure price validation and estimation of transaction costs
• Prepare and analyse daily P&L reports
• Manage foreign exchange hedging monitoring and support risk management
• Lead the onboarding processes of counterparties
• Improve internal processes through automation using Excel and VBA
• Provide administrative support for various trading platforms

We Are Looking For

• You have initial experience in finance, ideally in the commodity trading sector
• You are proficient in financial data analysis
• You are very comfortable with Excel and VBA
• You have an interest in IT tools
• You speak English fluently (minimum C1)
