Responsibility for the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure at multiple locations
Administration of server, network and storage systems as well as support of central Microsoft services
Handling of technical faults and support requests in 1st and 2nd level support
Carrying out maintenance, updates, system optimisations and technical adjustments
Participation in IT projects, migrations and the introduction of new systems and technologies
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical qualification
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Solid understanding of networks, TCP/IP, routing and server infrastructures
Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong teamwork, communication skills and service orientation
