Customer Service Representative
Tasks
- Handling telephone and written customer enquiries
- Leading, coordinating and monitoring customer orders
- Processing transport damages/losses
- Handling administrative returns
- Supporting the introduction and integration of new employees
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and experience in customer service
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French and Italian are an advantage
- Good IT user skills and SAP knowledge are advantageous
- High service orientation as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Customer-oriented and friendly personality
