Automation Technician as Service Advisor in the Office 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Become the central interface between customers, service technicians and our international network:

• You are the first point of contact for customers regarding technical questions, fault reports, service requests and spare parts orders

• You prepare maintenance and repair offers and coordinate the assignments of our service technicians

• You support the service technician team with your technical know-how

• You ensure smooth logistics processes and maintain communication with the head office in Germany as well as other branches worldwide

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic technical training, ideally with further education in the technical or commercial field

• Basic knowledge or interest in electrical engineering (alternating current, three-phase current)

• Customer orientation, independent and structured way of working

• Resilience and calmness in stressful situations

• Technical understanding in electrical and mechanical engineering

• SAP knowledge is an advantage
