Export Clerk 60% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Independent processing and management of export orders in an international environment
Creation, review, and management of relevant export and customs documents
Organisation of transports in cooperation with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
Ensuring compliance with current customs regulations and export requirements
Support for internal contacts regarding questions about export processing
Monitoring delivery dates and coordinating shipment tracking
Participation in the development and optimisation of export processes
Support of the team management in operational tasks in the export area
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Further training in export or foreign trade is an advantage
Several years of experience in export processing or international order handling
Sound knowledge of customs and export regulations
Confident use of MS Office and common ERP systems
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
