IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You regularly provide on-site support at customers and assist remotely as well as in 2nd-level support.
Analyse and resolve complex IT faults.
Independently implement smaller projects, collaborate on larger projects.
Proactively identify and communicate optimisation potentials.
Contact person for IT managers and end users at customers.
Flexible and customer-oriented handling of requirements.
You support the internal IT as enthusiastically as the customers’ IT.
Responsibilities:
IT training and professional experience at an IT service provider.
Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Windows clients.
Experience with data backup and Active Directory.
Knowledge of VMware virtualisation.
Familiar with Microsoft Exchange, Intune, and Entra ID.
Confident language skills in German and English.
You hold a driving licence.
