CAD Engineer (m/f/d)

- Design and construction of racing car components using CAD software
- Analysis and evaluation of technical requirements and specifications
- Development of concepts and solutions for complex technical challenges
- Creation of detailed construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Conducting simulations and tests to verify designs
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers
- Monitoring the progress of design and development projects and ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints
- Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of aerospace vehicles and components
- Compliance with automotive industry regulations and standards, including safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- A basic training as a designer (technical college) or mechanical engineer (university of applied sciences) or a technical designer education with corresponding professional experience?
- Work experience in motorsport in a similar position?
- A minimum of one year’s professional experience in CAD design?
- Very broad and detailed knowledge of the CATIA V5/V6/3Dx GSD and part design workbench
- Good visualisation skills and imagination?
- A very good command of English?
- Interested in working in a high-tech environment and fascinated by working in motorsport?
- Pragmatic and at the same time having a distinctly scientific approach?
- Someone with a lot of self-motivation, dedicated, creative, result-oriented and able to work independently with great attention to detail?
