Do you want to combine expertise, customer focus and modern leadership? For an established trust organisation in Zug, we are looking for an experienced leader who will further develop a team of up to 12 employees and shape the department with clarity, trust and entrepreneurial thinking.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional management of a team of up to 15 employees.
- You create clear structures, develop talents and promote constructive collaboration.
- You ensure the quality of complex mandates and personally accompany important client relationships.
- You manage resources, priorities and capacities proactively.
- You significantly advance the department in processes, digitalisation and consulting services.
Our requirements
- Several years of experience in trust mandate management, complemented by leadership practice.
- Advanced training in trust or finance and accounting; an expert qualification is a plus.
- You are decisive, consistent in communication and support people with a clear, appreciative style.
