- Warm welcome and professional care of international guests, customers and employees
- Operation of the telephone switchboard as well as handling of incoming mail and emails
- General administrative support and ensuring a smooth reception area
- Catering tasks, such as ordering drinks, serving, tidying the dishwasher, etc.
