External Reporting Accountant (m/f/d)

- You lead the financial closing process for performance-based remuneration.
- You provide technical accounting advice and support based on IFRS.
- You assist with transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, and debt issuances.
- You support the implementation of new IFRS and other reporting standards and update the group accounting manual as needed.
- You facilitate internal finance training events together with other team members or within the network and update relevant training materials.
- You contribute to team projects such as ESG reporting and accounting projects.
- You support the operation of an effective internal control system.
- You identify and implement process improvements in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- You have strong technical knowledge and experience in IFRS, as well as the ability to explain this clearly to non-specialists.
- You can independently identify and solve problems.
- You possess good skills in project management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Swiss accounting regulations and German language skills would be advantageous (but not mandatory).
- You have strong technical knowledge and experience in IFRS, as well as the ability to explain this clearly to non-specialists.
- Your German and English skills are fluent in both spoken and written form.
