Support and further development of the Microsoft 365 and identity landscape with Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and Active Directory.
Ensuring stable and secure operation of endpoints, virtualisation, backup and security solutions.
Administration and further development of modern network and infrastructure components, especially in the Microsoft and Cisco environment.
Analysis and resolution of complex faults at 2nd level as well as coordination with manufacturers and external IT partners.
Participation in infrastructure projects, automations and the further development of IT processes and service management solutions.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally as a computer scientist EFZ platform development, or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in system engineering, system administration or IT infrastructure.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory and Exchange Online.
Experience with endpoint management, virtualisation, backup, networking or IT security; knowledge of Cisco, VMware or Veeam is an advantage.
Analytical and structured personality with high personal responsibility, strong service orientation as well as very good German and good English skills.
