Job Description
Within a nationally active reference structure, you will join a specialised team working directly with hotel and restaurant establishments. In this role combining fieldwork, analysis and support, you will participate in various activities related to monitoring establishments in the sector and applying the sector-specific collective agreement provisions. You will notably contribute to the preparation and follow-up of visits to companies, examine various operational and administrative situations, and participate in the preparation of reports and monitoring documents. In collaboration with experienced professionals, you will progressively develop your knowledge of the collective agreement provisions and procedures applicable to the sector. Thanks to your listening skills, diplomacy and rigour, you will be able to establish constructive dialogue with a variety of interlocutors and handle the cases entrusted to you with objectivity and professionalism. You will also participate in various analytical tasks, meetings, training sessions and internal projects. This role offers a varied activity, combining field presence, administrative work and regular contact with hospitality and catering professionals in French-speaking Switzerland.
Profile Sought
Coming from the hospitality or catering sector, you ideally hold a recognised qualification from a hotel school or an equivalent course and have some professional experience that has allowed you to become familiar with the operational realities of the sector. You now wish to leverage this field knowledge in a role more focused on analysis, monitoring and support of establishments. Comfortable with administrative and writing tasks, you demonstrate rigour, precision and good analytical skills. Your listening skills, diplomacy and interpersonal ease enable you to interact professionally with a variety of interlocutors. Curious and eager to develop your knowledge, you are ready to familiarise yourself with the collective agreement provisions governing hospitality and catering in Switzerland and with the specific procedures related to this activity. Mastery of French is essential. Good knowledge of German as well as possession of a valid driving licence are prerequisites for this role.
